Please ensure all talent contracts are completed, signed & saved on Sharepoint ahead of the shoot. Even if the talent isn’t being paid, we still require a model release form to be completed.

Before confirming talent, please check the following:

/ If the talent has worked with any competing brands?

/ Check to see if the talent has any visible tattoos? If so, please ensure they are cleared for usage before confirming the talent, using the Neverland Tattoo Release Form.

/ If you are casting anyone for an alcohol brand, then they must be over 25.

/ Current talent BSF - £350 day, £525 night shoot

/ If you need to run background screening checks, please use Credence.

/ Child performance licenses are required by law for anyone under the age of 16 (or school leaving age). They are free if arranged with the council directly, or approx £50 if arranged through agency.

/ Child licenses are not required for fittings / recalls. These should be scheduled considerately, outside of school hours.

/ Current legislation for child licenses requires 21 days notice, although they can normally be turned around in 10.

/ If the child won’t be with their parent or family guardian, then they must be supervised by a chaperone approved by the Council. Please allow £100 in your budget per Chaperone.

/ Familiarise yourself with the Child Performance Regulations document when putting the shoot schedule together.

/ Read Neverland’s Child Safe Guarding Policy ahead of any shoot involving anyone under the age of 16.

/ Print Record Cards to have on set with you, and follow the license holder instruction info.
