Whatever it Clémence started her career in Paris working in top advertising agencies including BETC and Sid Lee, for a broad range of clients from Coty and Ubisoft to Absolut Vodka and Danone globally. She moved to London in 2016, to expand her skills into digital and customer experience strategy at Amaze (now Kin + Carta Connect), working for Lexus and Heathrow. In 2018, she joined BBH to bridge the gap between brand and creative strategy, delivering through the line, award winning campaigns for Audi, Samsung and Kraft Heinz.

She honed her craft as a creative at School of Communication Arts before working at top agencies: Havas London, TBWA/Neboko, Zeno and The&Partnership. Lucy's life highlights include: running a half-marathon in 1h49, seeing Taylor Swift at Wembley, encouraging women to lube up and convincing men to watch women's football. She’s also finding this 3rd person thing v amusing.

Theo eagerly joined Neverland off the back of 5 years at Iris Worldwide where he looked after adidas football, including three years running the brands sponsorship of Arsenal F.C. (during a slightly turbulent time for the club on the pitch!). Before this he has risen through the ranks working across global accounts such as Samsung, Comparethemarket.com & NatWest at VCCP, M&C Saatchi & Cheil, winning one or two awards along the way!

Erik started his writing career in Sweden, working as a journalist for both local and national news outlets. A decade ago he left for London to try his luck in the advertising industry. Since then, he’s been creating work for a wide range of clients at agencies big and small. His proudest moment is getting Grey to change its name to Valenstein & Fatt in honour of its Jewish founders.

Meg joined neverland as our #SocialMediaManager, currently heading up social for clients Kopparberg & Tetley and supporting on social strategy across the agency. With a background of working in-house managing social for co-working spaces, bars and Hilton/Hampton hotels, the transition to agency-side has been an exciting adventure so far. Kate joins Neverland as an experienced account manager with a fortunate name. Starting her career producing video content and music videos, she moved agency side in 2018, most recently to Ogilvy where she acted as a hybrid account and project manager, delivering global 360 campaigns for British Airways and Vodafone.
