Marsh provide Neverland with it’s advertising agency & production insurance.

A ‘Marsh shoot declaration form’ & ‘basic risk assessment form’ should be completed for all motion shoot, or shoots that are high risk. Please email both forms along with the callsheet to Marsh.

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours incase any additional insurance is required.
Please see links below for the copies of the insurance polices that Neverland has in place to cover all advertising shoots, they include Worldwide + Terrorism insurance.
Props / Set + Wardrobe - £2,000,000 (any one production)
Hired In Equipment - £2,000,000 (any one production)
Continuing Hire Charges - £500k (Worldwide)
3rd Party Damage - £10,000,000 (Worldwide)
3rd Party Damage - £5,000,000 (USA / Canada)
Some clients will have their own insurance. If this is the case, please request copies of their insurance certificates ahead of the shoot, and check with Marsh that they offer the right level of cover.

If there is an issue on a shoot and it looks like a claim is needed, you must update your Executive Producer at the earliest opportunity.
