/ Agency Production Non-Negotiables

/ NDA’s to be sent to anyone working on a project ahead of information being shared

/ Read + follow production process, checking in with Exec at key project moments detailed on process maps

/ All project related paperwork to be saved in relevant folders on SharePoint  

/ Written approval of Neverland budget from client / any overages to be agreed in writing by the client & documented on the overages page of the budget

/ That the correct level of insurance is in place for your job.  

/ That your production follows the latest APA COVID Guidelines and that the client has signed a Tripartite agreement

/ Use Neverland templates for budgets / timings / directors briefing / contracts / client facing docs / recons

/ Creative + Creative Director approvals at key points throughout the process

/ Invoice for 1st 50% to be paid ahead of PPM, unless authorised by Exec / Founders 

/ All contracts to be signed & saved on SharePoint ahead of any shoot starting

/ Wrap meeting with Exec, to go through wrap folder, reconciliation, shoot feedback & hand over hard drive 

/ Shout ahead of drowning, support will always be given, we just need the heads up so we can line the right support up for you 

Neverland reserves the right not to pay freelancer invoices until the above points are completed to a satisfactory level.
