Please take a moment before you produce your first job for Neverland to read through the information below. It’s important that every job produced by Neverland is on brand and consistently brilliant.

Whilst it’s important to us that you produce in your own style, there are a few non-negotiables that we ask that you follow, to help every Neverland Production to be consistent. Please take a look & shout now if there’s anything you’d like explaining in more detail.
Please familiarise yourself with our production process before starting work on any campaign.

Some of our clients have specific ways they like to work when in production. Please check out our Client Process docs before you start work on a project, to ensure you’re familiar with their ways of working, procurement and reconciliation processes.
The Account Team lead is responsible for the clearance of campaign lines / brand lines / brand names for our clients. Clearance can be obtained through AdSlogan &/or Bird&Bird.
Neverland are both humbled & excited by the range and quality of production partners that we are able to collaborate with. Our list of production partners is available for you to use & reach out to whilst you are working with Neverland. Equally if there are other partners that you’d like to introduce to Neverland on your project, we welcome this with open arms, all we ask is that you check in with us to let us know who, before reaching out to them.

All Neverland shoots are covered under the Neverland Insurance Policy. Please familiarise yourself with the level of cover we have in place as standard & the process around ensuring that your shoot is ensured ahead of time.
It’s important to us that we know how you think the job went & what it’s been like producing for Neverland. Hopefully there’s time to take a moment & feed back to us in person, but we’d also really appreciate it if you can complete our shoot feedback form to let us know what’s working, what’s not & any learnings from your shoot.
